Our 3.5 year old female bull mastiff tore her CCL in mid October running in the backyard.   She initially recovered using non surgical methods but in a few weeks it was obvious she needed intervention.   The idea of the surgery was very frightening but honestly as the day approached we could not wait.  Here is our journey, I hope it helps:
